The analysis involved assessing the current situation and developing a plan to finalize project deliverables across all outputs. A technical approach paper was prepared for multi-hazard monitoring and early warning systems, focusing on floods, GLOFs, landslides, and earthquakes. A report was produced detailing the methodology and options for risk advisory, de-risking, and climate investment services, with sub-reports on project pipeline development, private sector approaches, and disaster risk financing. A communication strategy was created for the BARHKH TA, coordinating with governments of HKH countries, international agencies, regional technical bodies, private sector actors, academia, and other stakeholders. Additionally, a capacity-building strategy was developed, outlining timelines for meetings, training, and knowledge-sharing events. A multi-hazard early warning system was designed for three river basins, and comprehensive disaster risk management plans were created for two pilot projects based on multi-hazard assessments. Finally, a disaster and climate risk assessment methodology was established, including guidelines for future assessments and recommendations for field monitoring equipment.
